The Sandwich Poll continues

Thanks for all the comments on the sandwich poll - they're great! Of course these sandwiches are going to be made fresh and will "packed" so I'm looking for something that is easily transported yet appealing. I would like to offer 3-4 choices so keep the ideas and the comments coming! Ya'll are great!
